SEP revalidation and 100th flight postppl

It worked out quite nicely that my SEP revalidation actually fell on my 100th flight!

I’d done a mock test not long before, so knew what to expect, it is essentially a cut down version of the PPL skills test, doing a bit of a mix of everything, general handling, and then some time in the circuit. It was a perfect flight, so I passed! And the examiner for this flight, (who happened to also be my first ever instructor) told me that I was a very good pilot and asked if I’m considering commercial flying, adding “we need more pilots like you in the sky”.
